About the Project
WNMU’s Outdoor Program needed a logo/branding that would meet the needs of their growing academic program, as well as a community fueled gear and outdoor supply rental shop. Working with a marketing team, I designed several logo variations for different uses. The brand needed to be attached to the university but also the local community who would be using the rental gear to explore the Gila National Forest region. Following WNMU brand brand colors was also important.
The compass was a great representation for the program and provided a fun and creative identity that could be used in the educational program and be placed on products, like t-shirts and stickers for students.
