Melbee Design Studio provides visual design services to nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who need creative SUPPORT to get their ideas out into their community (and the world!)

WE WORK BEST WITH:

- Nonprofits, small to mid-sized that have goals and know what they need to accomplish

- Small Businesses or Entrepreneurs who provide services or products that positively impact a community (local or global); or have themes of being socially based.

We believe it’s important for our entrepreneurial clients to have a deep understanding of their goals and business plan.

- Community leaders who work in human service areas, government, education, or faith-based ministries and are looking for a set of creative eyes to collaborate on a project

Big Ideas Welcomed

Melbee recognizes the immense importance of connecting with your audience, whether you are in a SMALL community or a LARGE city. Bringing big picture-thinking to orgs and entrepreneurs in smaller towns and rural areas has a special place at Melbee.

Mel is Melbee’s lead designer. She will be your creative director, partner, and visual story teller.

At Melbee, Mel wanted to create a “design studio” that upheld transparency, listened to client needs, and encouraged clients to learn about how design can transform their organization or business. Mel also wants to give you the tools needed to keep moving your mission forward.

Mel is always creating; when not designing for others, she is probably working on her own artwork, a crochet project, or sifting through an ever-growing pile of books. Mel hails from a rural river valley in New Mexico; she now lives in the Albuquerque metro with her husband and their dachshund, Macy.

Melbee design studio is not an agency– we’re a community

Melbee refers and collaborates with other creative professionals (with similar values) like: photographers, videographers, IT/technologists, marketers, and artists. Are you a creative business owner who is interested in collaborating or networking with Melbee? Reach out.

It is time to tell your story & share your mission.

I am not in your same area, how will this work?

Melbee works almost exclusively “remotely”…even with clients who are nearby. We have a certain process that we follow with every project, large or small, and through this, we are able to promote organized communication through a mix of phone calls, emails, and project management apps.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. All quotes outline payment options and generally, the total investment is broken into 2-3 payments over the course of the project.
